SHIPPING & RETURNS

As of November 1, 2008 all orders will be processed and shipped within 48 hours of placing your order. A receipt will be included with each order. Please allow 5-7 days for delivery within Canada and the United States and 1-3 weeks for delivery to all other destinations.

Customers might be subject to import duties after a shipment reaches its destination country, these charges and customs clearance are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns:
Warranty returns will be accepted for the following reasons.
1. Bad or no sound.
2. Bad or no picture.
3. Damaged Disc.

Refund Policy:
All sales are final.
